Carrot Raisin Salad

1/2 lb. carrots, peeled and shredded

1/3 cup raisins, washed and drained

1/3 cup plain yogurt

2 Tbsp mayonnaise

1 tsp honey

Dash of cinnamon, optional

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Let it sit for several hours, or overnight. This is a very small recipe, so you might want to double or triple it.
